There was a devastating flood/ landslide in Cinque Terre last October. Vernazza was hit the hardest because the river flows directly through the town. They have rebuilt quickly, but there are still a few visible remnants of the devastation. It was my favorite town.

Corniglia

Corniglia is the only town of the Cinque Terre that is on the top of the hill.
